User Researcher

I'm currently recruiting for a user researcher to join my client, a large data centric organisation, to help them understand the needs of their users better and assist in the creation of new and innovative solutions to improve user experience.

If you've got an interest in consumer behaviour and would like to help design intelligent solutions then this could be just the role for you.

Key responsibilities:

In this role you will work closely with skilled delivery teams including UX/UI designers, Software Engineers, BA's, and Product Owners to deliver projects which will play a pinnacle role in shaping the organisations digital landscape.

* Plan, design, and deliver usability testing sessions

* Conduct research to test new products and services from concept through to completion

* Data gathering, data analysis, and findings report writing

* Work closely with designers and developers to turn your findings into tangible products and services

* Develop user recruitment briefs

Requirements:

* Experience working in a research position previously either academically or professionally

* Experience working with a wide range of testing methods, both quantitative and qualitative

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills

* An understanding of modern technology would put you at an advantage

Whilst experience in this type of commercial research role isn't essential, this role could also be relevant for someone who has worked as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Research fellow, Customer insights researcher, Data analyst, BI Analyst, MI Analyst.
