Spring Technology is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading clients.

Based in London our client is looking for a Unified Messaging Engineer on an initial 6 Month Contract.

The resource predominantly require deep domain knowledge of Microsoft Exchange On-Premises and O365 messaging technologies to understand and gather business/technical requirement to design a solution for Unified Messaging integrates with Skype and Telephony via various hardware interfaces, that includes pre-production testing documentation

The resource should be proficient in collaborating with other functional and technical teams to plan and execute pre-production testing and production deployment and configuration. Considering the complexity of various vendor specific hardware interface and dependencies

Ability to define the test cases scenario specific to requirement and lead the test team on feature, functionality, compatibility and mitigation. Escalation support and contribute to end user knowledge base

Key technical skills with strong understanding and hands-on expertise on

*Exchange Unified Messaging 2010, 2013 & 2016,

oFeatures such as, dial plan/policy/auto attendant

oTelephony call routing and terminologies

oSkype Integration

oFederation services and ADRMS

*Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016 & O365

*Network Load Balancer and Network requirement

*Automate the routine tasks with proficiency on PowerShell Scripting

*Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and Infrastructure management operations

Non-Technical skills required

*Business and Technical communication, documentation proficiency

*Strong written communication

*Excellent analytical, decision making and troubleshooting skills

*Critical thinker and self-motivated

*Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a group of senior technical / management teams

*Innovative mindset with can-do attitude

*Knowledge and experience working in an ITIL driven environment
