Contract Business Analyst, task management tooling for business and operations end users, MS 365 suite, Task Manager, Flow, Teams, IOT, integrated, consolidation.

Working on an initial scoping exercise the end goal is to create an automated and exceptions based task management system that is integrated with various other business systems and data inc Internet of Things devices and also able to generate prioritised work plans and dashboards that remain simple and engaging, initially based on desktops and then rolled out to tablet / mobile devices. This will allow field based users to spend less time on checklist and data entry activities for ad-hoc and routine critical tasks and spend more time in a customer facing and day to day management role.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the current Microsoft product suite including Powerapps, Planner, Teams and Task Manager alongside integration tooling such as Flow, D365, ESB and related API's.

Part of the role will take on some early lifecycle PM activities also.

You will be exploring possible partners and solutions for the role, assessing other similar products and examples of success, possibly in other types of industry. Detailing the costs and business benefits and early stage roadmapping to implement the solution. Part of the goal is to reduce the current numerous systems that are all in place for the various types of tasks.

This role will suit a solutions minded BA, PM that does BA work who has explored new IT solutions and business benefits for their customer with detailed analysis and business case development. Work that covers field based users will be ideal, industries such as utilities, retail, engineering, facilities may have already covered similar products.
