As Business Analyst you'll manage our relationships with our key stakeholders - including Ministers, policymakers and external specialists.

In turn, strong ties with our own policy, delivery and digital experts will be crucial. They'll look to you for both the details and big-picture vision that keeps everyone working to the same goal - and ensures the Scheme's a success.

Used to fast-paced, evolving environments and with a history of rapid delivery, you'll be brave in taking risks - yet also an advocate for the investigation and analysis of solutions. We'll expect you the contribute to our strategic thinking, and lead the information gathering and assessment that underpins our day-to-day and longer-term plans.

Innovative and digitally-savvy in equally-impressive measure; it's important you understand how best to implement Agile methodology across such a far-reaching initiative. In fact, we'll look for you to identify and explore areas for improvement throughout our work, costing and pitching ideas to senior Department figures.
