1st line Support/ Derby / £140 per day / 6 month contract

Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading ICT Services Clients who are seeking a 1st Line Support who has experience with ERP to join their team

Daily Duties

*Daily system checks (ERP)

*Monitoring of System integrity and performance (ERP & Associated Systems)

*1st line ERP support - face-to-face, via the telephone or using the helpdesk software. Analyse and troubleshoot ERP system issues/Process reported by end users.

*Development and maintenance of System documentation/work instructions.

*Delivery of BI utilising SQL and/or Crystal Reports

Skill Set

*Proven experience in an ERP support role (Syspro would be beneficial but not mandatory).

*SQL - Data interrogation, queries, creation/maintenance of views.

*Crystal Reports/QlikView

*Ability to communicate clearly (face-to-face, verbally and written)

*ODBC

*The candidate will support all levels of users throughout the clients group on their ERP system Syspro.

*Should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in ERP support with proven trouble shooting and documentation skills. (Syspro highly desirable, other known brands of ERP Systems will be considered)

*Ideally with experience from a Manufacturing or Distribution industry.

*Confident and reliable
