Digital Workplace Consultant - Surrey - £60k

My client, a global, multi award-winning digital workplace specialist, require a Digital Workplace Consultant to join their ever expanding UK practice. You'll work with their impressive roster of clients, many of which are household names, to design and deliver exceptional digital solutions whilst maintaining the company's ethos of always putting the customer first.

What you'll do:

* Understand business requirements through various meetings and workshops.

* Create functional specifications for customisations using user stories.

* Define and document CMS security permission structures.

* Review and make recommendations on customer data and content.

* Create technical specifications for 3rd party integrations

* Advise customers on Office 365 and Azure authentication options.

* Assist with technical pre-sales activity.

You should be an enthusiastic, ambitious professional with an eye for detail and focus on quality. You should have be confident in dealing with clients and calm when under pressure.
