Junior Scrum Master
A new and exciting opportunity has come up for a Junior Scrum Master to join a successful and innovative FinTech company based in the centre of Brighton. Due to continued success and expansion of the team they are now seeking an enthusiastic Junior Scrum Master, aimed to ensure that the team are working effectively to achieve business goals in line with product releases.
The ideal Junior Scrum Master will have come from a Project Owner or Business Analyst background, working in a Scrum/Agile environment and be certified in this area. We are looking for someone who adapts well to change, knows how to get the best out of those around you, can work very closely with the entire business (technical & non-technical) and be open-minded to how projects and products are delivered.
Key skills required:
* Excellent Agile and Scrum process knowledge with a CSM certification.
* Have come from a Business Analyst / Product Owner background, with proven commercial experience within a Scrum Master role.
* The ability to plan and run consecutive sprints.
* Experience of working closely with development teams.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Good understanding of front and backend technologies - Java & JavaScript.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
