Focused on the provision of their IT service desk. It is a hands on leadership role that is responsible for the delivery of support to assist in the upkeep on the clients operating systems.

Our client is the leading supplier in high quality IT services. They specialise in IT support, IT manufacturing, Consulting and Business Continuity and experts in Disaster Support.

There services are based on solid first class top customer services, with the opportunity to work for a company with 26 years' experience in designing and supporting complex IT solutions.

* Service Desk Technical Leadership, Mentoring and Management.

* Pro-Active Management of day to day service delivery for the customers.

* Assisting High Level Account Managers in the review of new requirements and actively making proposals for improved systems and solutions.

* Excellent ability in solution design and technical mentoring and coaching of teams.

* A background of Back-ups (Azure, Office 365 VMWare and EMS.

* A good understanding of Office 365

* A strong understanding in Windows Server Operating Systems and Windows PowerShell.

* Practical Knowledge of Solutions in Azure.

* Knowledge of Disc Encryption Products.

* A strong background in disaster recovery solutions (e.g. Azure)

* File and Folder Security Management
