This is an excellent opportunity for an Application Engineer to join my client, a global organisation and a leader in EDA tools.
The Application Engineer will join a highly motivated team, implementing cutting-edge technology on IC Digital implementation including RTL synthesis, DFT and P&R in areas including IoT, automotive and advanced CPU and communications at advanced technology nodes.
As the Application engineer you will support customers at the leading edge of IC design, participate in support visits at customer sites, develop skills and knowledge to become a product specialist and be able to provide expert consultancy and work directly on customer IC design projects. The application engineer will also be able to provide technical support to sales teams and deliver technical presentations to all levels of the organisation.
Skills
* Degree in Electronic engineering or equivalent with 2 years in industry.
* Experience in Verilog/VHDL
* Experience with IC Digital implementation tools - Genus, Modus, Innovus, Tempus etc
* Prepared to travel to customer sites including those in NI, UK and Scandinavia.
