2nd Line Support - Applications

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a ground breaking, leading technology company based in High Wycombe.

As the successful 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will boast experience within 1st/2nd line desktop service support role working with JSON, XML and SQL Server/MySQL, paired with fantastic customer service skills. You will be working in a close-knit team to support applications across external clients.

Key skills needed for the Desktop Engineer:

* Proven experience within a 2nd line desktop service support role

* Experience with JSON, XML and SQL Server/MySQL is desirable

* Experience working in IT support and Windows stack

* Experience with AWS/Google Cloud/Azure is desirable but not essential

* Excellent customer service and people skills
