Role: Support Coordinator

Location: London

Length: 3 Months initially

IR35: Inside IR35

Rate: £250 - £315 per day

My secure London based client is looking for a Support Coordinator to join them for a period of 3 months with the following skill set;

Key skills:

- Secretariat to a new Steering Group bringing together senior stakeholders, as well as the working groups that feed into this.

- Preparing agendas, commissioning papers, and circulating documents to attendees in sufficient time ahead of meetings.

- Coordinating and managing logistical arrangements for meetings - booking rooms, welcoming visitors, arranging travel if necessary etc.

- Managing the emails and diary for the Deputy Director, working with internal and external stakeholders, and private offices across Whitehall.

- Contributing to the effective running of the wider team providing support as required on various projects and team issues.

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 18 weeks.
