I am looking for a contract Senior Pressure System Engineer on behalf of company with offices in central Aberdeen. This will be a 12 month position with the candidate needing to start within the next three weeks, rates are negotiable. Interviews are scheduled for W/C 4th March .

The role will be involved on design and analysis for pressure vessels, topside. Candidates need to have experience with Risk Based Inspection (RBI). Also you should be experienced in risk / damage Mechanisms (DMs) to assess and rank failure probability and consequence.

The project has already commenced and you will be providing support to all disciplines regarding technical integrity and fitness for purpose analysis. . It is desirable you have experience in static pressure equipment (vessels, exchangers) design rerating exercises. We are looking for candidates with experience of application of technical integrity (materials engineering, pressure system design and analysis, inspection, results etc).

It is expected that you has good working knowledge of pressure vessel codes PD 5500 and ASME VIII (Divisions 1 and 2) & Advanced knowledge of various technical integrity documents You should hold a relevant industry degree and 10years+ commercial experience.
