We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our Transformation Delivery team in our central London office, and support GDPR compliance across a complex, global organization.
In this role you will complete a feasibility study to determine the project requirements, scope, plan and required resources. The GDPR project will consider our IT Projects, data sharing; data breach handling, application of GDPR to our 55 country offices and ensure we have the right resources to continue to drive GDPR compliance moving forwards.
In order to be successful in this role you will bring:
An extensive track record of successfully managing complex projects or programmes
Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of programme and project practices and standards including standardised Project Management Methodologies
Experience of working on or leading a project with a GDPR component
Prior experience in managing and reporting on complex projects within a Portfolio Office/PMO structure
A proven ability to deliver projects on time / on budget, using project management processes and tools including risk management, benefits management, financial management and quality assurance
Comprehensive management and influencing skills with experience of working with senior level executives
A proven ability to resolve issues swiftly and decisively whilst safeguarding standards and procedures
Strong team leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and mobilise individuals outside their reporting line
Strong business requirements collection, and process/workflow analysis skills
Cultural awareness and experience of delivering solutions internationally
This role is offered on the basis of a 12 month fixed term contract, with a base salary of £55Kpa. Benefits include a company pension scheme, life assurance, and 30 days annual leave.
