Installation, Commissioning and Service Engineer position on offer for a growing, market leading company that will develop your technical skills through structured training to become an expert on their specialist machinery.
Are you an Service and Commissioning engineer with electrical and mechanical skills? Are you flexible to travel across Scotland, Ireland and parts of the UK?
Established over 30 years ago this company design manufacture and supply specialist machines that improve factory efficiency. With a blue chip, global client base the company are going through a prolonged period of growth and require an additional engineer as a result of this.
This is a fast paced, demanding role where you'll be installing, commissioning, servicing and providing support to optimise plant for distilleries. You'll mainly cover the Scotland and Ireland but will also be required to travel across other parts of the UK where required. This is a customer facing role where the quality of service is paramount.
The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical skills including PLC's, 3 phase electrics, hydraulics, pneumatics and fault finding experience. You will be happy to stay away with the position and will have proven experience of providing exceptional customer support.
The Role:
*Installation commissioning and plant optimisation
*Covering Scotland, Ireland and occasionally other parts of the UK
*Electrical and mechanical work
*Working on brewing and distillery equipment
*Training customers on machinery
*£34k - £37k + Overtime + Annual Bonus + Pension + Car + Development + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
The Person:
*Experience of Service, Installation, and Commissioning machines
*Electrical/mechanical skills
*Must be willing to travel around Northern Scotland and Ireland
*Strong customer facing skills
