Job Description Corporate Title: Vice President
Location: Chester
Line of Business: CTO We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Problem Manager to join our new, exciting Thematic Analysis team in our Chester office. You will gain invaluable insights into how our team will work on a daily basis and you will positively add value to build and establish the team and contribute to how the team will work on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for performing stability analytics efforts for the CTO Problem Management team, and provide leadership and deep technical knowledge in all aspects of solution design and application development for specific business environments. What will your key responsibilities include?
* Focus on setting technical direction on groups of applications and similar technologies as well as taking responsibility for technically robust solutions encompassing all business, architecture, and technology constraints
* Responsible for coordinating teams to accomplish development in a matrixed organization
* Participate in the end to end process to identify opportunities, perform data mining, analyse data and determine trends
* Development and delivery of storyboards to visualize findings and presentations to socialize findings What skills and competencies will you ideally possess?
* Knowledge of incident/problem management processes
* Deep experience in Tableau and SQL
* SQL Coding and Data Extraction experience
* Ability to read large complex data sets
