RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - LONDON - £250/£300 - 6 MONTHS
The work location is in LONDON, PADDINGTON and is a 6 Months contract.
Pay rate is between £250 - £300 PD.
The role is working for a well established, multi-national retailer and specialises in clothing, home and luxury product.
* Knowledge delivering on Technology roles: Such as Java, Frontend, Full Stack and Python/Ruby Positions is key to this role
Key accountabilities and measures
* Knowledge delivering on Technology roles: Such as Java, Frontend, Full Stack and Python/Ruby Positions is key to this role
* Contribute to the development of the overall recruitment strategy
* Delivery of full recruitment cycle; taking recruitment briefs, attraction methods, agency management, direct sourcing, selection tools, interview support through to offer management and onboarding
* Training on recruitment practices for Hiring Managers
* Senior stakeholder engagement, influencing, and relationship management to increase employer brand
* Driving system efficiency /development of recruitment technologies
* Provision of Management Information to review key metrics, health of talent and quality of hires
* Development and delivery of future talent offering including apprenticeships and internships with support of Early Careers Recruitment Manager
* Internal communication of relevant recruitment information and external market intel
Technical skills/business skills required
* Previous experience of working within both agency and a fast paced internal recruitment role
* Essential experience delivering on Technology roles: Such as Java, Frontend, Full Stack and Python/Ruby Positions is key to this role
* Relationship Management - establishing, sustaining and leveraging strong on-going customer relationships up to and including senior leadership level
* Managing ambiguity within a large and complex environment with changing customer and supplier priorities
* Communication - effective internal and external communication, negotiation and supportive feedback skills, credible at all levels
* Experience and knowledge of e-recruitment practices and recruitment technology
* Knowledge of business and external recruitment policies and practices
* Experience of supplier management, contract negotiation and performance monitoring
