We are currently looking for a 2nd Line Techncial Support Engineer with experience of Windows-based IT infrastructure environments, to join an exciting company who specialise in IT Services, based in Leeds.

The 2nd line technical support engineer will work with a range of customers, supporting a wide range of infrastructure technologies

The successful candidates will possess solid skills and experience within a similar role and will have experience with as many of the below technologies as possible:

Technical Requirements (not all essential):

* Technical Support experience with Windows Server 2012/2016

* Virtualisation - vmware / citrix/ hyper-v

* Exchange 2010/2013/2016

* Active Directory, group policy, DNS, DHCP

* Office 365

* Windows 8/10 Desktop

* Back up technologies, e.g. Veeam, Symantec

* Understanding of networking / firewall / anti-virus concepts would be beneficial
