I am currently recruiting for an IT Desktop and System Support position with our Milton Keynes based client. You will be responsible for providing 1st-3rd line support to users via the help-desk logging systems, as well as installing and configuring software and user workstations/laptops.

Key responsibilities of the role:

* Installations, configuration and support of Workstations and Laptops

* Active Directory User Management, including New Starters, Leavers, and also assigning security group membership & password management

* VMWare Administration tasks such as cloning, extending disk partitions and creating guest VM servers

Desirable experience:

* Windows Desktop and Server operating systems

* Active Directory administration

* DHCP/DNS

* Exchange

* Sharepoint

* VMWare

* BackupExec
