Responsibilities

Drive the evolution of analytics.

* Applying insights from customer response date to build response and targeting models.

* Developing and applying real time links between spend across channels and response patterns.

* Working with Tech & Data teams to define requirements and review solution builds.

* Attribution models, offline/online marketing mix to dive growth.

* Deliver models implementing the latest techniques.

* Build global frameworks that are scalable across Markets.

* Communicate effectively in difficult situations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

* Strong knowledge of data architecture, modelling techniques, consumer behaviour patterns and key drivers of marketing or credit performance optimisation.

* Exceptional analytical skills with an advanced degree in a quantitative field like computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics…

* Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively to technical & non-technical audiences.
