BI Developer

£40,000 - £60,000 (Dependant on experience)

Experis IT are currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Developer to join one of our key clients based in Solihull. My client have invested well in their BI function and strive to keep up to speed with new and exciting bi technologies.

Purpose of the role

* To develop and support BI solutions built on MS SQL server

* Enable and facilitate business stakeholders in making efficient and informed decisions

* Support business requirements for BI system change

Key Responsibilities:

* Creating Business Intelligence solutions that meet business requirements on time

* Reporting and analytics development

* To build SSRS cube and SQL based reports (SSRS)

* To maintain and develop (where necessary) the existing ETL solution to meet the reporting needs of the business (SQL)

* To work closely with business users to understand requirements; convert into technical solutions; translate into reports that meet business needs

* Accountable in helping the team to deliver solutions that enable Ted to make informed business decisions

Technical skills

* 3-5 Years SQL BI Development

* Full stack MSBI (SSRS,SSIS,SSAS)

* Data warehouse design - Kimball methodology

* Visualisation / Analytics tools like - Tabluea, Power BI etc
