In this role you will be managing your own properties as well as a team of junior compliance administrators. You will ensure that the high standards of health & Safety and compliance are met. You will liaise with Housing Services teams to ensure residents receive a high quality service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and be looking for a step up into a senior position.

The Role:

* Manage your own portfolio of properties

* Manage a team of compliance administrators

* Travel to various London sites

* £30,000 - £35,000 + Car Allowance + Progression + Training + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

* Experience in administration

* Good communication skills

* Health & Safety awareness

* Full driving license and own vehicle
