Active Directory Specialist
Springs are currently working in partnership with a market leading organisation to recruit an Active Directory Specialist in Northampton!

The Role
As an Active Directory Specialist you will be responsible for all Active Directory activity from daily administration and processes as well as projects and or any other AD related major undertakings.

The Responsibilities
*As an Active Directory Specialist you will serve as the Domain Enterprise Administrator for the company's Microsoft Active Directory domain sites and services undertaking governance, standardisation and compliance of the overall service.
*You will assist with the management and evaluation of any AD related projects through planning to completion incorporating best practice methodology that accounts for the overall welfare and manageability of the Domain.
*Identify areas for change that will strengthen security, avoid and or reduce risk and improve customer service efficiencies as well as the day to day manageability of the domain.
*You will develop and maintain Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO), accounts, and security groups and any other applicable object using best practice guidance and management.
*Assist with work coordination and training and provides guidance to peers as appropriate that incorporates best practice and compliance.
*Develop and nurture relationships with internal support, development, project and architect teams responsible for the maintenance, support and day to day running of Active Directory.

The Requirements
*Experience with Active Directory services with Windows Server or equivalent.
*Possess sound analytical and problem solving capabilities.
*Technical familiarity with implementing, supporting and managing AD Sites and Services environment is essential.
