Are you looking for a varied role on a days based shift where you can increase you're earning to over £32,000 with overtime and progress a long term career with a growing company that will provide on the job training?

This company are a rapidly expanding leading establishment that specialise in design and tool making for a wide range of manufacturing clients.

In this role you will work days based shift within a small team building, assemble testing and problem solving tool assemblies. You will be developing and manufacturing a wide range of tools in line with assembly drawing of the current status of a tool and attended customer sites to assist with installations and commissioning.

The ideal candidate will come from a pressing or press tool background and have experience as a toolmaker, have a good understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics and be able to carry out problem solving of tools under test or installation.

The Role:

*Build a range of tools in line with assembly drawings

*Liaising with the design team advising on suitability of designs for manufacture

*Travel to customer sites if required to assist with installations, problem solving and commissioning.

The Person:

*Completed a Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship

*Have a background in tool making

*Have a sound understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
