This market leading company develop and manufacture complex medical devices and supply these products into major European and US markets. This company have been established for over 60 years and currently employ over 650 employees within the UK, they have a great reputation that is built on the quality of their engineers and products they supply. Due to signing significant development and manufacturing collaboration agreements they are looking for a mould process engineer to join their team.

In this role you will lead on injection mould tooling and systems validation to support NPI and operational tooling whilst providing ongoing technical support. You will be delivering new and asset replacement tooling/moulding process validation activities. You will be designing moulding processes for medical devices with scientific moulding process optimisation. In this role you will also be responsible for optimising processes and developing documentation to support all stages of mould system validation. You will also be responsible for risk assessing of URS and DQ for mould systems equipment and processes.

This role would therefore ideally suit a process engineer who has hands on experience with injection moulding. You must have experience with project management, you will be confident with tool design and ideally have gained experience within the plastics industry.

The Role:

* Senior Moulding Engineer

* £45,000 - £50,000 + Progression + 28 Days Holiday & BH + Pension + Health & Life insurance

The Person:

* Senior Moulding Engineer (Injection Moulding)

* Product or Process validation experience

* Hands on experience with injection moulding processes

* Strong Design (Ideally plastics industry)

* Must be commutable to Kings Lynn
