The Role

Software Developer | We are currently an accomplished Software Developer on behalf of a market-leading engagement organization based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced developer who is interested in taking ownership over one of the companys flagship product and wants to be involved in the development of best-in-class PaaS (Platform as a service) applications. The company currently develops in Full Stack .NET but they are looking to move a lot of their products to Outsystems which is a lower-code solution but is extremely forward thinking. With that in mind, this will suit a developer who has a strong coding background but is looking to move into something that still has a strong element of coding but is a lower code solution and offers the opportunity to learn new skills and technologies. This role will enable you to combine technical skills, client contact, project management, solution design to ensure compliance and security and will also embed sustainable and effective products.

Software Developer Requirements

* Full fluency and proficiency in C# ASP.NET, if not at least one programming language: PHP, Python, Java, etc

* Proficiency in web-based languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML;

* Programming with databases: SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL;

* Experience in working with Paas platforms (desirable)

* Experience of working with Outsystems would be highly advantageous though is not essential for this role.
