Telecoms / Telephony / Ringcentral Implementation Project Support Manager

Contract role: £300 to £375 per day d.o.e.

Based: near Watford

Great opportunity for IT / Project / Telco / telecoms Project Support Manager - to work in newly transitioned business supporting RingCentral telephony implementation

The Role

As Project Support Manager for a new RingCentral implementation, you will work with company's technical experts to provide support for this new telephony implementation / rollout dealing primarily with:

* implementing RingCentral telephony solution

* companywide network configuration

* UAT and system testing

* Problem resolution, snagging, etc.

The Person

As Project Support Manager, you will have current telecoms / telco / telephony project installation / implementation / delivery experience with a full understanding of Network concepts and technologies. Knowledge of RingCentral software and systems is essential. You will also have:

* excellent knowledge of cloud based communications / telephony solutions

* experience in UAT and system testing

* project management awareness

* ability to work at pace / under pressure
