Spring is currently looking for a Digital Analyst to join one of its leading organisations in Hove, East Sussex.

Responsibilities:

- Configuration: Reporting to the Digital Analytics Manager, the Digital Analyst will work as part of the Group Analytics team to develop & implement a best practice analytics.

- Reporting: Define and build automated performance dashboards appropriate to a wide range of stakeholders.

- Data Consolidation: Analyse data & deliver insights from a wide range of sources including digital analytics data (Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics).

- Insight: Work cross functionally to deliver insights & make recommendations for the optimisation of Springs Client.

- Hypothesis: Proactively form hypothesis to act as the catalyst for test & learn experiments from insights and recommendations.

- Training: Define and deliver digital analytics training programmes to encourage self-service of web analytics reporting.
