Main Responsibilities of Java Technical Lead
Taking leadership in an Agile Scrum team.
Working closely with different levels of stakeholders and management to feedback on teams' progress.
Be innovative, consistently brainstorm new ideas and technologies
Management and Recruitment of future members of the team.
Being the escalation point of the team.
The Java Technical Lead will bring skills in:
The latest Java versions including 8.
JavaScript Frameworks such as React, Angular
Database experience with the likes of MongoDB and NoSQL.
Exposure to cloud such as AWS or similar
BDD/ TDD testing experience
