We're looking for a Senior Technical Infrastructure Project Manager to join the Estates & Capital Development directorate.
You'll be responsible for the development and delivery of capital building developments, across the whole of Kew and Wakehurst. With particular focus on Infrastructure related projects, you'll have a good understanding of technical and complex engineering systems.
The role acts as an expert and ambassador for the development of high standards of building project management.
In developing and implementing the capital delivery plans, this role will use a mixture of in-house resources and procured specialists. The division is responsible for delivery of capital programmes in the region of £5m to 25m.
We are seeking an individual with significant and proven experience of leading and managing project management teams involved in a variety of complex and diverse new builds and refurbishment projects and acting in the role of Client under CDM 2007. Track record of consistent delivery against time, cost, and quality targets. The basis of this experience should have been obtained from delivering projects and programmes in excess of £20M.
The salary will be £48,537 - £58,718 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
