Project Manager - IT

Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with a leading, nationwide company to recruit an IT Project Manager into their existing Lincoln team

£35k - £38k

Fixed term - 9 months

The role

As an IT project manager you will be joining a small but growing team providing critical services and support to an external client. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of business strategies and IT programme, maintaining a thorough technical understanding of IT Systems

Key Responsibilities

*Define and implement IT Projects ensuring you can monitor activity and ensure delivery within an agreed cost, time and quality parameters

*Plan all aspects for project delivery such as finances, resources and environments

*Ensure all risks and issues are managed and resolved

*Report progress and any variance to agreed plans to relevant stakeholders

*Assist the IT Senior management team with strategy and planning as required

You will need

*Significant project management experience over the full lifecycle

*Strong experience and a detailed understanding of IT Systems

*Excellent experience within supplier, commercial and financial management

*Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

*Previous knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile project management methodologies
