IT Help Desk Support wanted in Maidstone for a security solutions company

Key responsibilities:

* Provide effective technical support to internal business functions

* Work alongside 1st line and 2nd line support agents to ensure consistent flow of information

* Meet specific goals agreed upon with regional manager

* In depth knowledge of x509 certification, IOT/IOE and surrounding technologies

* Work as part of a team whilst demonstrating initiative

* Support and mentor fellow IT support colleagues

* Responsible for maintaining incident model documentation and Major incident dashboard

Requirements:

* Experience with 1st line support and 2nd line support

* Familiar with information technology infrastructure library framework

* Experience working in a technical support industry

* Knowledge and experience using Microsoft office tools

* Knowledge of the MIAT support process and escalation process

* Working knowledge of JIRA

* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
