A London university is looking for a ServiceNow / Service management tools User / Agent trainer.

This is more of a Functional Trainer role for the End Users.

Contract: 6 months

Start Date: ASAP

Location: London

You will be responsible for delivering and developing user training for all users of ServiceNow within the university.

Your main duties will be:

- Develop and deliver a range of training activities to ServiceNow users - this will include formal training courses, one-to-one sessions and e-learning.

- To create a range of user manuals, training materials, communication of tips, fixes and system changes.

- Carry out regular skills audits of ServiceNow users

- Evaluate training activities as well as reporting feedback on a regular basis

- Work in collaboration with colleagues in the Learning and Development Centre to ensure all ServiceNow training conforms to College standards - this will include recording, evaluating and the reporting of training activities

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

- Creating ServiceNow user/agent training programs according to the programme/project requirements

- Work with ServiceNow technical experts and Business Analysts in the programme/project to design and develop course content

- Producing training schedules based on the agreed timelines with the Project Manager and organise training

- Develop innovative and easy-to-understand training logistics and tools

- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)

- Deliver regular class room training sessions, webinars, etc. to groups or individual users

Please note that only Trainers with ServiceNow experience will be considered at this stage.
