Desktop Support Analyst, Winsford (£19,000 - £23,000)DOE

The Company
A leading provider of bespoke software and managed solutions to the NHS are looking for a highly competent and enthusiastic 1st line support team member for the Helpdesk team.
The company are experiencing high volumes of growth across the business along with substantial financial investment, they are expecting to add an additional 4 people to the IT Dept before the end of 2019.

The Role:You will be responsible for assigned user support client devices and software tickets.Contribute to ongoing projects , roll outs and refreshesSupport the bespoke applications and process for clinical staffBuilding or QA desktops/laptops images on a deployment platformSupport and administer MDM, VoIP, VPN, and disk-encryptionWindows (AD, GP, DFS) and Exchange (O365 based)Assist with the testing of application enhancements and tech upgrades
Skills needed to apply:Good grasp of AD and GP, O365 and Windows desktop and server OSStrong Desktop imagingStrong troubleshooting abilities on a range of technologiesGeneral networking knowledge - DHCP, DNS, IP
MUST HAVES:
Be able to pass a DBS check

Package:
Salary - £19,000 - £23,000 DOE
37.5 hours between 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday
25 days holiday + BH
