Senior Software Engineer (Principled A.I.)

We are looking for an experienced Software developer to join our world-class, cross-disciplinary team of researchers and engineers in Cambridge. Our existing platform takes an innovative approach to artificial intelligence, employing probabilistic modelling, reinforcement learning, and multi agent systems to significantly advance the application of principled AI for decision making.

As a senior software engineer, you will be building a machine learning platform that uses probabilistic models to make decisions that maximize rewards in uncertain environments based on the framework of Bayesian decision theory and Bellman optimality.

We are developing our platform rapidly using experiment automation at scale, enabling researchers and developers to monitor their experiments and perform post-hoc analysis, with practical application in areas such as Financial markets. Our research on this has featured numerous leading conferences such as AAAI and NeurIPS.
