Senior embedded Linux software engineers are highly sought by my client based near Weybridge working on cutting edge LTE technology and equipment.
The successful senior embedded Linux software engineer will be responsible for design and development of software components for wireless communications equipment. You will need to have a degree (2:1 minimum) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or similar, as well as hands on development experience in the following;
* Embedded Software development in C
* Embedded Linux - ideally down at Driver and Kernel levels
* ARM Microcontrollers
* Wireless technologies (LTE, LTE-A, 3GPP, 5G, Wi-Fi, RF, WiMAX, Zigbee, 4G)
