HR Manager - 12 Month FTC

Experis are currently recruiting on behalf of a global media and information provider based in Canary Wharf for an experienced HR Manager to join them on an initial 12 month FTC basis.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing an unparalleled HR service and support to your assigned group of business clients, as well as supporting the strategic agenda set out by the HRBP.

This will be achieved by:

* Providing guidance to the wider HR community and employees in the delivery of the HR cycle, including bonus/pay review, talent management, succession planning etc.

* Overseeing Workday related activities for your client portfolio

* Taking ownership of medium to high potential litigation cases, supported by the local ER specialist

We are looking for individuals with proven experience across the 360 HR lifecycle and Employee Relations matters, along with good knowledge of change management and demonstrable experience in a commercialised environment.
