Product Owner

People Source have partnered with an exciting high-growth start-up who are growing their technical teams around the UK in response to massive demand for their bespoke products. They've been honoured with numerous awards over the past few years covering everything from their exceptional rate of sustainable growth to the innovative nature of their solutions.

You would be joining the business in a highly client-facing role that will you taking ownership of creating bespoke solutions based on a succesful core product offering. It's likely that you have a technical background and have moved into an analytical capacity in more recent years. Previous roles as an Agile Business Analyst (in a software dev environment), Product Owner, Analyst Programmer would definitely make you interest.

This is a highly challenging role that will put you at the forefront of one of the most exciting companies in the South West/South Wales.

There are multiple roles available at the moment and they tend to generate a lot interest! If you think that you meet most of the criteria or are keen to work with the tech stack below but aren't sure if you have the experience get in touch anyway, it would be a shame for you to miss out!

You will have...

* At least 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner/Solutions Architect type role

* A number of years working alongside software engineering teams

* An intimate understanding of the SDLC

* Peerless stakeholder management skills - particularly with external clients

* A proven ability to lead customer facing workshops

* Requirements gathering and the production of functional requirements

* User Story creation

* Wireframing experience
