The company specialise in foundation engineering. It is a key time as they compete for the biggest and most prestigious projects in the region in what will be an exciting year for the division. They aim to maintain their market leading status by growing the technical team to enable them to meet the demands of an expanding workload.

The role itself will involve managing a specialist division of this market leading company's operation. You will manage all aspects of the operation including being involved in tendering and managing a variety of projects from launch to completion. You will act as a technical point of contact but also be charged with driving project delivery as well as expanding the department and company as a whole.

This role would suit someone from a geotechnical or piling background who is looking to step into a principal, varied role where you can affect change within a market leading company.

The Role:

* Be involved in tendering for contracts on large scale projects

* Manage all aspects of the project from inception to completion

* Act as a technical lead and drive commercial targets for the company

The Person:

* Manager looking to step up into a Project Manager position

* Come from a construction background with piling experience

* HND or Degree qualified in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
