Senior Change Manager - Data

We are currently recruiting a Senior Change Manager to join a leading Bank based in Edinburgh on a Permanent basis to focus on Data.

As a Senior Change Manager you will be responsible for leading and shaping projects and initiatives across the Business. This will include supporting data change related activities and introducing and embedding innovative uses of data and technology to drive a new way of doing things.

You will lead the development of the overall strategy for data management in specific work streams. You will be key in working within the business to ensure the organisational link between data and business value is well understood and data is managed as an asset.

You as the ideal candidate will require :

A proven record working with Data in a Change environment

The ability to lead and develop strategic initiatives

Outstanding communication skills

An understanding of other Data Management disciplines - eg. Data Quality

A track record of building excellent relationships at all levels
