Business Intelligence Analyst/ 3-6 Months/ Midlands/ £375-£425/ SQL/ CRM

The role:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for analysing the data from multiple systems across the company. You will also be responsible for ensuring availability, reporting and governance of data critical to the company. This includes evaluation and implementation of appropriate data governance ensuring consistency and improving the quality of data held by the company.

Key Responsibility's and tasks

* Develop Dashboards and data analyses using Microsoft SQL and other ETL tools to meet requirements from the business

* Be a technical expert on SQL reporting tools and ensure that there is knowledge transfer within the team.

* Help to optimise business processes based on insights using data centric solutions.

* Act as an SME around data and reporting on all relevant projects undertaken by different projects across the company.

* Extract data from CRM and bespoke financial brokering systems

Essential skills

* Extensive experience of Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS

* Extensive experience on TSQL

* Significant experience on Excel

* Strong capability in working with end users and translating their business requirements into very tangible data analysis and reporting solutions

* Availability to be on-call and ad-hoc/occasional/regular out-of-hours work

* Ability to diagnose and resolve issues and manage work from inception to completion, prioritising work effectively.

* Experience with CRM and Financial Brokering systems.

* Experience with Power BI
