Fastest growing Business Unit, Energy and Utilities, Telecoms (EU&T) are currently looking to expand its testing services and with that we have a number of fantastic Test Analyst opportunities.

Your future duties and responsibilities

As part of the experience Test team you will be expected to create and run tests on ALM as well as creating defects. As well as completing test analysis on test results and defect documentation to high standards.

You will need to adhere to proficiency in software testing techniques and testing tools. Work and support test management to deliver quality and adhere to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) testing standards and best practices.

Accurate reporting is required, prioritise and take ownership of defects through to resolution and escalate any issues likely to affect project scope.

Collaboration with project stakeholders and associated delivery teams in resolution of issues or defects will be needed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate system integration, formal testing experience in a structured environment within UNIX, XML and ALM.

Additionally you will need to demonstrate experience with SQL interrogation into relational databases (Oracle) and experience in quality assurance.

Experience of working in the Utilities Sector or knowledge of Smart Metering would be desirable but not essential.
