Security Solutions Architects - London /UK wide£65000 - £110000 + excellent benefits
My client are looking to add a number of Security Architects to their U.K team. You will be tasked with solving complex design and architectural challenges to create secure critical infrastructure systems and software projects across all industry sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate systems for inherent and systematic vulnerabilities, methods of exploitation, and potential impacts.
• Defining and delivering security architectures in complex multi-technology environments.
• Deliver cyber secure solutions for critical national infrastructures and sensitive government projects.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to bid-for, win, and deploy cyber security projects.
• Use risk management methodologies to manage the cyber-security risk
Skills and Exposure:
• Network design and network security techniques with two or more of the following Security Technologies:o Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
o Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
o Firewalls, Intrusion Detection / Prevention,
o Anti-Malware
o Email Security
o Web Content Filtering
o DDoS Protection
o Mobile Device Security
o Endpoint Detection and Response
• Understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISF Standard, SABSA)
• Security legislation and regulatory frameworks (e.g. DPA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, UK Gov Good Practice Guides)
• UK National Technical Authority standards and guidance (design and accreditation)
• Working in teams to deliver complex solutions
• Developing innovative solutions to challenging environments
Due to the nature of the working environment an SC or DV Clearance would be considered a plus.
