Software Development Team Lead -  C#, SQL, ASP.NET/MVC - 2 Days Remote working and Flexi-time.
 
Would you like to lead an agile development team building and software for enterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET development stack.
 
You will thrive in a highly collaborative environment, applying a variety of methodologies and techniques, working with Software Developers, Product Managers and Quality Assurance to build revolutionary software solutions. We feel the right person will have a strong tech stack and the right attitude and fit for the team they will lead.
 
You will report to our Software Development Manager and will be primarily engaged in developing world class software in partnership with other team members, while providing technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
 
      •     Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery. Embrace challenges with a positive outlook, take responsibility for ensuring consensus and harmony.

      •     Be the voice of the team; monitor and communicate progress within, and to wider stakeholder groups. Celebrate success, identify and remove barriers, maintain focus on delivering consistent value.

      •     Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.

      •     Collaborate with software developers, business analysts and quality assurance to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web, desktop and mobile applications built on industry leading technologies.

      •     Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
