We are looking for someone who ideally comes from a digital background who is looking for an opportunity to step up into a Technical PM / Head of Delivery role. Due to the rapid rate we anticipate our business to grow, we have introduced this new role into the business. Your input will be vital to the business's continued success, whilst maintaining the incredibly high standards of work we deliver to each and every client.

To be successful in this role you must have impeccable stakeholder management skills be comfortable pushing back with clients from time to time. You're responsible for managing their expectations proactively and inline with their budgets whilst ensuring that the overall studio efficiency and quality of output aren't compromised.

By nature, you are a true peoples person. Clients need to trust you and the team must to look up to you and believe in your ideas.

Your Role Broken Down;Completely own operational performance including studio efficiency, overage and quality of output. Report to the board key KPIs and progress to targets.Design, implement and iterate processes and procedures to improve operational performance to achieve targets without oversight.Ensure constant adherence to operational procedures across the team whilst delivering projects in a professional mannerForecast resource requirements based on planned pipeline and current project status and proactively maintain a resourcing plan which accounts for contingency, expected overage etc.Plan + manage project deliveries to ensure delivery on time and within budgeted hours.Proactively identify issues early and act decisively and with purpose to manage a project to completion with limited impact on date, budget and commercials. Report accurately the impact of these changes.Maintain commercial control of a project through client communication and managementA Day in the Life;

Continually updated project resource map for the coming 3 months detailing:

 We're almost at the 8 year milestone since two brothers set up the business. In that time we have grown to 22 people including 13 in development + testing/QA, and in within that time only 1 person has moved onto pastures new.
