Location: Milton Keynes

£45k-£60k + bonus + flexi working + 35 days holiday + extensive benefits package

Due to the rapid growth of our business we are seeking an experienced resource planning expert to head up our planning team within Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Customer Operations. Leading a team of planning analysts, you will be accountable for effective resource planning for 400+ staff across both our in-house and outsourced operations.

The planning capability requirement is complex; from blended workforce, to agile working, to automation and digitisation, to evolving contact channel mix.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning team to forecast demand and resource requirements over the medium to long-term spectrum

* Create clear planning frameworks that consider cost, budget and outsource spend

* Liaising with head of functions to define optimal end state target operating models

* Manage the outsource budgets

* Create, implement and embed standard operating procedures

* Own monthly governance sessions with the head of functions

Skills

* Extensive strategic planning experience within a blended environment (in-house and outsource)

* Proven experience working in a contact centre industry

* Experience of working with outsource partners

* Leadership skills
