Graduate Support Analyst - circa £25k base IT Finance/Trading Central London Our client is a highly established international trading group. Having experienced substantial growth in recent years, a vacancy has arisen for a junior level individual wishing to either embark on or build on their IT career. This role may suit a recent graduate with a computer science degree and be able to clearly display evidence of proficiency in SQL and TransactSQL (TSQL). This role may also suit an individual looking for their first or second IT role. Skills / Environment SQL Scripting TSQL/T-SQL/TransactSQL SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Excel macros/development Microsoft technology stack highly desirable C# an advantage The successful candidate will be required to maintain and monitor fault reports, systems security, and change requests as well as the ability to review and maintain in-house systems. As the Support Analyst, you will be working closely with Traders and Back-Office staff and be able to offer face to face and phone support. The individual will liaise with 3rd party suppliers and be very self-motivated and use their own initiative. The ideal applicant will show an excellent aptitude to learning in order to keep abreast of new and emerging technologies as well as show good, hands-on experience in a Query Language such as SQL and T-SQL. This role may involve the use of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and C#, but previous hands-on experience is purely desirable, proving that the role offers great potential for learning. A base salary of circa £25k +25 days' holiday + life x4 + further bens.
