ServiceNow Administrator role required for one of the largest HR and payroll solutions companies in Europe based in Bristol. The role will involve you to maintain and improve the business systems according to the requirements and also providing support and administrative tasks.

**£50k-55k depending on ServiceNow Administrator experience

This leading company offers HR business solutions, consultancy and payroll services using the most up-to-date technology to best support their wide client base. Offering great perks with the job, they are vastly expanding and looking to boost their Bristol branch.

The clients are seeking an experienced ServiceNow administrator having previous experience with development and integration. You need to ideally be ITIL certified and analytically focussed with good customer service skills. CSM, ITSM, ITOM, GRC skills are desirable.

Responsibilities include:

* Identifying defects of the ServiceNow tool

* Supporting the business in new process and continue improvement

* Develop ServiceNow scripting

* Attend meetings to discuss technological advances
