Implementation Manager (Online Support)South Manchester
£35,000 - £40,000
Our client, a leading software house based near Manchester airport are looking to expand their team with an Implementation & Support Manager. You will be responsible for the online booking system implementations and will work closely with the online support team to provide second line technical support.
Main duties:
· At least 3 years experience in supporting and implementing online booking tools for new and existing customers
· Manage a small support team and provide training / development
· Create, maintain and update implementation project plans and support materials for my clients online booking tools
· Provide second line support to my clients customers and help support the Business Development Manager as a subject matter expert
· Knowledge of GDS systems and supplier API integrations for travel products
· Solid understanding of web services and XML
· Ability to analyse errors and suggest solutions
· Adopt a methodical approach with keen attention to detail
