Senior On-site Technician - 4-month contract - Reading
My client, a large multinational technology company, is looking for a Senior On-site technician, to join them on a 4-month contract in reading. For this role you will be working both on-site or remotely.
Role Accountabilities
* The successful candidate will provide support for less experienced on-site technicians.
* You will work within a team with a wide range of systems, without supervision.
* You will be responsible for managing systems, defining improvements and implementing changes.
* You will take ownership for securing the information required to diagnose and resolve more complex problems
* You may also coach and support other technicians on-site
Key Skills
* You must be experienced in troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance as you will be supporting technicians with helping them to overcome any technical problems
* You need to be able to work with a wide range of systems
* Experience of leading small projects and teams is essential
* Coming from a Project manager background would be beneficial
* Most have experience of windows 7/10 and Office 2010
