We are currently recruiting a 1st Line Support analyst working together in partnership with a successful and established business based in Peterborough. You will be responsible taking ownership and resolving users hardware and software issues both over the phone and via e-mail. This is a great opportunity if you are someone who is looking to continue developing your career and gain further technical exposure to the latest technology.To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a good understanding of Hardware and Software
· Excellent attention to detail
· Possess a genuine interest of IT and new technologies
· Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
· Experience with Active Directory and Exchange
· Be confident in providing support to customers via telephone and email.
